Our Story

Our journey began in 1979 when our founder, Mike Duffy, started Michael Duffy Landscaping, a small local landscaping company. Over the years, our business grew, and we expanded to become a full-service garden center and bulk mulch provider. Today, we're proud to say that we've maintained our commitment to excellence, and our mission remains the same: to provide exceptional service, transform yards, and create a beautiful community that we can all be proud to be a part of.

Our Team

Meet Mike, our owner and founder, who has over thirty years of experience as a landscaper and business owner. Mike is proud to offer knowledgeable advice and quality service to his customers. When he's not at the store, you'll find him with his wife, Beverly, and their six kids in Midland Park.

Meet Sean, Mike's youngest son, who has been working for the company full-time since graduating high school. Sean is a certified landscape designer and plant identification professional, trained at the Rutgers University School of Continuing Professional Education. He's the friendly face you'll see on jobs and around the garden center, and he's happy to work with you on a design for your landscaping or patio.
