At Bolingbrook Land Design, Inc., we are a full-service design, build, and maintenance landscaping company that has been serving the Middle Tennessee area since 1993. Over the past three decades, we have provided more than 1,000 clients with stunning designs and installations that have exceeded their expectations. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to work closely with our customers to identify their specific project requirements.

Our management team has extensive knowledge of the local climate and soil conditions, allowing us to select the most suitable species of trees, plants, and grasses for your property. We understand how to identify and manage insect infestations and diseases, and we have strong relationships with nurseries throughout the southeastern region to ensure that we have access to the healthiest materials at the best prices.

Our company was founded in 1993 by Stuart Coile, who had just completed his degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. After starting the business in Knoxville, Stuart moved to Nashville, where he continued to build a reputation for stellar quality and stunning installations. Sadly, Stuart passed away in July 2023, and Krissy Coile, who had previously served as Operations Manager, took over as President. Krissy has been instrumental in maintaining the high level of quality and professionalism that Stuart established, working closely with her management team to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standards.

Our Services

Our design team will work closely with you to develop a custom design that incorporates your objectives and design criteria. Our designers will take into account site-specific elements, such as grading and drainage requirements, and incorporate a wide variety of natural materials to produce a stunning design.

Our installation team has more than 120 years of combined knowledge and experience, and we have successfully completed over 1,000 high-end installation projects in the Nashville area. We work closely with builders and homeowners to ensure that every detail is implemented from design to completion.

We also offer a full range of maintenance services to help you keep your property looking its best. Our maintenance team provides services such as mowing and trimming, turf management, weed control, and seasonal color installations. We also offer irrigation system activation and winterization to ensure that your outdoor space is protected from the elements.
