Punctuality and Responsiveness Issues
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with Dreamscapes' punctuality and responsiveness. Terri Sorce, Jason Watson, and Richard Wozniak have all had issues with the company not showing up on time or not following through with promises. Deborah Wozniak's neighbor had a similar experience, with Dreamscapes leaving ruts and tracks in the lawn despite being asked to stop. Additionally, A. Harmonic had to repeatedly remind the company about their scheduled appointments, and Pamela Marie Muszynski wished that the company's employees would learn to clean up their messes more thoroughly.
Excellent Service and Quality Work
On the other hand, Pedro Berges, Cheryl Huffaker, and Christine Trojan have all had very positive experiences with Dreamscapes. Pedro praised the company's professionalism and quality work, stating that he was extremely happy with the paver patio and stone wall they installed. Cheryl praised the knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking employees, and said she will contract with them again next spring. Rude or Unhelpful Staff
Deborah Wozniak's experience with the general manager was particularly disturbing. She was left feeling unheard and unhappy with the way she was treated. Richard Wozniak also felt that the general manager was uninterested in resolving his issues.
