Our Story
Our company was founded by James A. (Jamie) Faltz, a third-generation landscaper who brought his family's legacy of nurserymen and landscaping professionals to Alaska in the 1980s. With a rich history of innovation and excellence, we've established ourselves as the go-to landscaping company in Anchorage and its surrounding areas.

Lack of Responsiveness and Poor Customer Service
Several customers have experienced severe disappointments with Faltz's customer service. Evelyn Cavins, Isaac Taylor, Chad Bouchard, Patrick Muller, and AnythingaboutLIFE all share similar stories of being left without a response or estimate after initial contact. Some experienced delays of several weeks or even months before being contacted, while others never received a response at all. This lack of responsiveness has led to a loss of trust and business for these customers.
Unreasonable Pricing and Extra Fees
Evelyn Cavins was shocked to receive a call demanding an extra $170 for "extra work" performed on her project, deemed "way too much" for the brief amount of time it took the workers to spread mulch. This experience has led her to never shop at Faltz again due to the perceived "greed."
Inconsistencies and Unclear Communication
Some customers experienced inconsistencies in communication from Faltz's staff. Chad Bouchard and Patrick Muller both reported being told to wait for an estimate and never receiving a response. Isaac Taylor was told his project would be started within 2 weeks, only to wait for several months with no updates.
Mixed Experiences with Selection and Quality
While some customers have had positive experiences with Faltz's selection and quality, others have been disappointed. Robert Landers reported not finding the specific products he was looking for, and Chad Bouchard mentioned that the company's integrity and professionalism are lacking. On the other hand, Janet Delfino, Shawn O'Fallon, and Bill Yeagle have all had favorable experiences with the company's products and staff.
