Our journey started as Lawncare by Shep, with Shep balancing a full-time education at Thomas Nelson Community College while building the foundation of the business. Fast forward to 2011, Grant joined the team, bringing his expertise in Natural Resource Conservation and Mathematics from Virginia Tech. This marked a significant turning point as Grant's experience in managing crews and overseeing operations further solidified our presence in the industry. By 2013, the partnership between Shep and Grant had grown strong enough to evolve into LCS Landscaping, LLC, reflecting our growth and commitment to quality.
