Quality Control Issues
Landmark's work is not without its flaws. The first reviewer, Paul Johnson, gave them 3 stars due to a lack of attention to detail. The crew left behind a mess, including black spray paint on his patio that was difficult to remove. The fence itself was decent, but the lack of attention to detail and poor quality control marred the overall experience.
Positive Feedback
Despite the issues, there are some positive reviews to highlight. Pepper Scotto and Jennifer Lazur True both gave Landmark 5 stars, praising the quality of their work. Scott and Lazur True have even used Landmark multiple times for their yard renovations, citing Chuck's attentiveness to their budget and the crew's hard work.
Negative Feedback
Unfortunately, not all experiences with Landmark have been positive. Linda Gordon and Matthew Kennamore both left 1-star reviews, citing poor workmanship and lack of communication. Gordon had issues with her patio, which began to sink and the pavers came loose, despite multiple requests for Chuck to come and inspect the problem. Kennamore was shocked by a final bill that exceeded his budget by over 1400 dollars, despite not being notified of any changes.
