Our Story

At Schultz Lawnscapes, we are a family-owned and operated business that has been serving central and southeastern Virginia for over 20 years. Our mission is to deliver premier landscaping services, specializing in annual commercial grounds management and commercial and residential landscape and hardscape designs, enhancements, and construction. We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional service. Our team of over 140 full-time employees works tirelessly to ensure that every project we undertake meets the highest standards of quality.

Commercial Services

We offer comprehensive commercial grounds management services, including annual maintenance contracts for corporate and industrial complexes, retail and office properties, multifamily properties, municipalities, government complexes, HOAs, and more. Our services also include landscape and hardscape designs, enhancements, and installations. Whether you need ongoing maintenance or a one-time project, we have the expertise and resources to get the job done.

Residential Services

For our residential clients, we provide full-service landscape design, enhancement, and construction. Our talented landscape designers will partner with you to create the outdoor oasis of your dreams, including all types of hardscapes, landscapes, plantings, pruning, and irrigation. From concept to completion, we are dedicated to making your vision a reality.

Our Fleet

Our fleet of 60+ service trucks is equipped with the latest Fleetmatics GPS tracking units, providing real-time location and maintenance data for our entire fleet. This ensures that we can respond quickly to your needs and maintain the highest level of service.

Meet Our Team

Our team is comprised of highly skilled professionals, including our owners, Corey and Wilson Schultz, who are both certified by the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute. We also have a dedicated executive assistant, Sherri Olson, and a team of experienced accountants, designers, project managers, and technicians. Our commitment to employee development includes a 401k program with company match, healthcare, and a profit-sharing plan, as well as an internship program for qualified applicants.

We have three business locations: Richmond, Waverly, and Hampton. Our Richmond office is located at 4019 Williamsburg Road, Richmond, Virginia 23231, our Waverly office at 115 North County Drive, Waverly, Virginia 23890, and our Hampton office at 383 Plum Avenue, Hampton, Virginia 23661.
